Looking to homestage your home for better market appeal?

I will come to your home and do a walk-through with you, both interior and exterior, pointing out items that “should, could, would” be attended to in the effort to spruce up your home for a successful sale. The “should, could, would” list would include such items as curb appeal, packing up of clutter, possible painting of walls, furniture removal or rearrangement, a thorough cleaning of some of the rooms in question, that sort of thing. Once we go through the list together, we can then schedule a time for “Katy did it” to return for a one-day staging…tackling all of the areas we have previously discussed. Participation of homeowners is welcomed but not absolute. We can discuss that at the time of the walk-through.
